GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at Bamboom srl. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Bamboom srl and accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. SHIPPING COSTS

Italy: free shipping from 40€.

For order under 40Euro, shipping costs 5,95€

Zona 1 shipping cost 9,95€:

Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Germany, France, Monaco, Spain Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Chec. Rep, Slovacchia, Ungheria

Zona 2 shipping cost 15,00€:

Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Letland, Lithuania, Malta,

Portugal, Romania, Sweden

SECURE PAYMENT

We accept Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.

The payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.

No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Payment is processed via Shopify and SPY systems through a Nets approved and certified secure payment solution.

Shipment of the order will take place once the payment is received.

DELIVERY

We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of around 2-5 days.

Once an order has been placed and payment is received, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, unless indicated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and is therefore not guaranteed

We strive to keep the webshop stock updated. However, in case a product is no longer available we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.

In case a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (provided wrongly by the customer) or in case the parcel is not collected by the customer at the pick-up-location after failed attempts to deliver at home, the costs for re-sending the parcel will be charged to you. In case you decide to cancel the order, the costs made for the first shipment as well as any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment.

Shipment of the order will take place once the payment is received.

RETURNS

Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the day of delivery of the goods.

You can exchange or return goods by first inform us via service@bamboom.it of their intention to return the goods. In your mail please indicate:

- the order number

- your name and address

- if you would like to return or exchange

- the reason of return or exchange

Bamboom will reply your mail within 24-48 hours. You may follow all further return conditions and instructions provided by Bamboom srl

The goods have to be undamaged, unwashed and unused, with all labeling intact. In case of damages or traces of use, we have the right to distract any impairment of value from the refund. Consumer is reliable for the shipment of goods to be returned and shipping costs of returns will not be reimbursed. In case of international returns, any import duties or (customs) administration costs charged that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the return payment. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Bamboom srl will refund the consumer for the returned article(s) within 7 days after receiving the returns.

In case free shipping applied to your order, and the total order amount after returns will be lower than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.

7. QUERIES, COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform us by email service@Bamboom.it. You will receive a reply within 1-2 working days.

Defects must be reported to us soonest after your order was delivered (but within 5 calendar days) via service@bamboom.it, and if possible, provide us pictures of the defect. We will exchange the item or offer you to return it for a refund.

8. PRIVACY

This privacy statement sets out how Bamboom srl will store and use information relating to you. This applies to the entire web site. Bamboom.it is committed to respecting your privacy. We have structured our web site so that, in general, you can visit the website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Bamboom.it is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality. When you place orders or access account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

All website users are required to be aware of, and to agree with, all of the above General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Bamboom, the consumer automatically agrees to all of our General Terms and Conditions. Bamboom clients details are automatically stored in our client list.
